Geoff Olsen

Senior Consultant

Geoff is a highly experienced organisation development specialist and coach who helps individuals, teams and organisations navigate change by providing thought leadership, facilitation, and change management leadership. Geoff’s expertise extends from systems and people dynamics, organisation resiliency and continuity, to implementing new work practices and navigating adaptive change challenges.

Geoff has experience with leadership coaching, group coaching/coaching circles, 360 leadership reviews and debriefs, and designing and facilitating organisation cultural-change initiatives. He has industry experience gained through professional services work in Government, Utilities, Energy & Resources, and Banking & Finance sectors.

Geoff brings to LTA a deep understanding of both organisation dynamics and the demands on leadership during business transformation, and is a highly respected and sought-after consultant. His excellent communications skills, and deep sense of responsibility, discipline and commitment makes him a valuable member of any team.

Geoff reflects on his years of professional experience: “How we each navigate and deal with change is unique and personal. Recently, Geoff has assisted the Department of Health and Human Services with a Victorian Public Health Sector program to 'raise the bar' on ICT Operations within health services. This change management, facilitation, policy and standards-driven role enabled Victoria's Hospitals and allied health networks get better at understanding and delivering on their objectives by improving their operational risk effectiveness, and the resilience of ICT services & solutions.
