Co-founder of LTA, Fiona designs the people and culture strategy and architecture for contemporary organisations. Working with Executive leaders Fiona defines the critical people levers which drive strategy execution, and translates these into actionable people and culture frameworks, plans and programs that are woven into the fabric of the organisation.
Fiona’s professional grounding came at BHP Billiton, where she gained a broad understanding of all aspects of HR practice across Australia, Asia and the USA. It was here that her deep involvement in the design and facilitation of global leadership programs combined with postgraduate studies in Organisation Dynamics ignited her interest in organisation development consultancy.
People and culture alignment is where Fiona creates the greatest paradigm shifts, to generate sustainable change in large organisations.
Her greatest challenges and satisfaction at LTA comes from true ‘blank sheet of paper’ innovative design. In working as a genuine thought partner, Fiona says: “I have been fortunate to form very long-term relationships with my clients.
