Rachel helps shape leaders, teams, and organisational systems. She assists people within organisations to answer the fundamental questions of What, How and Why they do what they do in the context of the organisation’s purpose.

Rachel has over 18 years’ experience as an Organisational Development practitioner and executive coach, and has worked with LTA since 2013. From leaders to their teams and to individuals, Rachel shapes systems and people’s interactions to be constructive and healthy: through organisation and role design, learning and talent management strategies and programs.

Rachel most enjoys supporting leaders to step into their authority with courage, grace and humility. She helps them learn how to bring value to their people: through valuing and connecting with others so their contribution is the best it can be.
